  2. Director

    • Reports to Trust

    • Appellate authority for finalizing all decisions concerning the institution

    • To get approval of Managing Trustee, on important and major issues as well as policy matters.

    • Overall responsible for QMS and Quality Policy, Objectives & Key Performance Indicators

    • Over all head of Admission, Academics, Examination & Administration of the Institution.

    • Conduction of various statutory meetings (Grievance Cell, anti ragging, anti sexual harassment, etc.).

    • Laisoning with the University (Admission, Finance, Examination, results, transfers, research projects, submission of regular reports etc.).

  4. ISO Coordinator

    • Reports to the Director regarding Non- conformances generated on the QMS

    • Responsible for overall implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems, including document control and records management.

    • Reporting Quality System Improvements to Management & conducting training on QMS.

    • Establishing and overseeing implementation of Quality Management System and procedures, as per ISO 9001 Standards.

    • Communicating customer requirements at all levels & conducting awareness trainings.

    • Responsible to plan MRM and Internal Quality Audits with approval of director

    • Responsible to ensure adequacy of number of Internal Quality Auditors

    • Responsible for corrective and preventive actions pertaining to systems

    • Responsible to liaise with Certification Body

    • Any other work as assigned by Management from time to time.

  6. Principal of the Departments

    • Defining Vision and Mission for the department.

    • The principal of Department is required to be in regular communication with departmental staff and to be responsive to staff and to the interests of the institution.

    • Develop and promote the internal and external profile of the department.

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within the department.

    • Have knowledge of and ensure compliance with academic regulations, quality standards and processes in relation to teaching, learning and assessment.

    • Ensuring effective implementation of ISO and doing ISO work on priority basis.

    • Be responsible for dealing with student issues, including issues referred by other academic staff.

    • Ensure appropriate interaction with stakeholders, such as professional bodies, funding agencies and potential employers, as appropriate to the department.

    • Oversee, organize and develop the core activities of teaching, research, examining, advising and other service activities

    • Project proposals to AICTE, DST, DRDO, Universities and other funding agencies.

    • Ensure that the quality and standards of programmes within the department’s remit are maintained and enhanced.
