Principal’s Profile

Dr. Badrunissa is an eminent Biochemist with one patent and numerous International research publications to her credit. Her passion for research has ensured that the faculty and students of Krupanidhi Degree College actively participate in research and publication. Dr. Badrunissa’s areas of specialization are biochemistry, drug design and enzymology. She has a multifaceted personality, who has command of both the arts and sciences.

Born and brought up in Bellary, she did her under graduation there. She moved to Gulbarga for her Post graduation studies and was awarded her PhD by Mangalore University. Dr. Badrunissa has taught in the Bellary Institute of Technology and Management for 13 years. In January 2016 she moved to Bangalore and joined the Krupanidhi Group of Institutions. A dedicated teacher, she teaches in the College of Degree, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and Nursing as well.

Dr. Badrunissa is proficient in 5 languages and is an excellent Urdu poet. Besides being a certified Technical Teacher from Cambridge, she is an exceptional motivational speaker for students appearing for their Board Exams. During her free time she indulges in fashion design, designing clothes for her family and friends.

Her firm but gentle administration ensures smooth functioning of the College. Her calm and composed nature makes her approachable to students and staff alike. Under the able leadership and guidance of Dr. Badrunissa Krupanidhi Degree College has scaled new heights.
