An Orientation Programme for NSS Volunteers has been organized by NSS unit of Krupanidhi Degree College on 24th July 2019. The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr.Gananatha Shetty Yekkar- State NSS Officer, Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports along with the dignitaries of the college. All first year students are participated in this event. Dr.Gananatha conveyed his blessings to the NSS volunteers for their zeal to serve the society through NSS and also emphasized on the personality development through NSS. He delivered the lecture on aims and objectives of NSS, Rules and regulations to be followed by the volunteers. He conveyed a motivational speech to encourage social work and role of NSS unit. He also enlightened about the NSS Organization structure and government benefits to the students. He exhorted the volunteers to give their best to the commitment made to serve society through the programme. Finally the programme ended with vote of thanks and national anthem.
