The world is marching towards globalization and the work culture is changing globally. It is that era where one cannot survive the cutthroat competition against talents from around the world with academics alone. From entrepreneurs to job holders, dynamism is the key that opens the plethora of opportunities and possibilities. Krupanidhi Group of Institutions was ahead of its time to realize this pattern of change and hence, gave life to one of its Flagship Initiatives called “Finishing School”.

The Finishing School Program is focused towards molding the student community at Krupanidhi Group of Institutions into the personalities that they aspire to become. It is a student centric program, driven by the target that they set for themselves. It has a diverse curriculum (termed as modules) that runs throughout the year bridging the gap between the education sector and the industry, hence, creating synergies between them, and ensuring that a higher pool of industry–ready students are available for recruiting. Campus to Corporate is, therefore, one of the prime but not the sole focus of the Finishing School program. The program also aims to instill into students the qualities that can redefine their personalities and life, thereby, helping them to become a more responsible and optimistic global citizen oozing confidence, positivity and empathy for all.

Mission

To help the students introspect and understand themselves and their environment better via SWOT analysis at the very beginning of their course.
To build an individualized training road map that match their need as per their personalities and the target they wish to achieve by the end of the course
To continuously develop and update student centric program modules whilst making them as individualized as possible.
To develop and run a vast range of modules that cater to the holistic growth of each student, thereby, building their soft skills with value added technical skills.

Finishing School Curriculum

The Curriculum and Modules have been developed in consultation with the Institutes’ Management Body, Advisory Panel, Subject Experts, and the Industry -Institutes Partnership Experts along with the support and co-operation from distinguished people from the industry.

Value added short professional courses designed as per the requirement of the industry
Regular Guest-lectures, Seminars, Workshops, the faculty selected from Industry, and Subject experts in respective branches to sharpen the skills of students.
On Job Training programs at Industry.
Training on Corporate Culture, Essentials of Group Discussion, Interview Skills, Mock Placement Sessions
Develop broad career plans, evaluate the employment market, identify the organizations to get good placement, match the job requirements and skill sets

Personality Development Modules: The Modules under this section focus on soft skill and life skill training of the students to make them world ready.

Awaken yourself with life skills like positivity and motivation, sessions on Goal Setting and other areas which trigger your emotional quotient and also help build your etiquettes.
Become self-confident individuals by mastering inter-personal skills, team management skills, and leadership skills
Stress, Strain and Conflict management through simple techniques.
Develop effective written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, presentation skills, business correspondence.
Develop all-round personalities with a mature outlook to function effectively in different circumstances through critical thinking , reasoning and a good work-life balance.

The Periodic training programs which are unobtrusive to their Regular Academic Time-Table is conducted in a very informal, interesting, and interactive manner, which gives ample scope for the students to interact with each other and face a wide variety of issues, topics, and situations that they are likely to come across as entry-level Officers, Executives, Associates. Etc. in the Working and Corporate environment or in their life.
