SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN: A Cleanliness Drive

Pursuant to the Hon’ble Prime minister’s call on “Swachh Bharat” (clean india), Krupanidhi Residential Pu College organized an cleanliness drive on 26th june 2019 as a part of Community service.
Students and staffs of the college actively participated in the event. The troop visited an orphanage “NandhaGokula” and helped 63 girl orphan students with basic necessities such as clothes, food etc. Followed by, Students and staffs got involved in cleaning the surrounding of chikkatirupathi village with a great zeal. They swept the streets, cleaned up the garbage, gave alert on maintaining a hygienic environment to the public.
On the closure of the day, The principal, Prof PM Shyjan emphasized the importance of the mission of ‘Swachh Bharat’ to all the staffs and students and congratulated for their service. And this drive is witnessed by chikkatirupati panchayat member Mr.Manjunath and conveyed his heart full gratitude to all the staffs and students.
