To exhibit the sport talent of the students, Department of physical education of Krupanidhi Group of Institutions organised a “KRUPANIDHI FUTSAL LEAGUE” on 30th and 31st October 2019. A total of 96 participants registered from 7 different blocks of KGI - Degree, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Management, PUC, Nursing and Old Campus Degree College. Total of 12 teams participated in the league. All the rules and regulations of the tournament were explained to the team managers, captains and players to ensure fair play and to provide a sense of dignity, Integrity to the tournament and the players.
The team “Krupanidhi diamonds” won the final match and the team “Krupanidhi Wolverines” were the runners. Prizes were distributed to the winners and also the participants. The best player of the league was Mr.Sharukh, 2nd year MBA, Best scorer was Mr.Alvaro 3rd year degree and Best goal keeper was Mr.Arjun 1st year MBA. The tournament ended on a very positive note and provided a great sense of hope for future budding prospective footballers of Krupanidhi group of institutions.
